Coaching for Breakthrough Success: Proven Techniques for Making Impossible Dreams Possible (All That Matters) - Review
Review : Address the most important skill lacking among most coaches
The single most important skill lacking among most coaches, is the ability to ask great questions. What I have found in this book is that Jack Canfield and Dr. Peter Chee show you the way how to deal with this challenge. They have offered lots of great coaching questions that have been used successfully in coaching and I am sure when you practice using them, you will see great results.
After going through this book, which is the third in a series from the well known gurus by McGraw-Hill, I must say sincerely that it is indeed extraordinary. The way in which the book has been written and structured around a contemporary meta-model, is just so effective. Study this book thoroughly and put into action what you learn, you will be motivated and equipped with what you need to become a great coach.
