If the topic of IT makes you want to keel over in a deep snooze, you'll rethink that when you pick up this book. Sordo Galarza is clearly comfortable in leading leaders. He puts the reader in the shoes of the decision-makder and connects IT decisions back to business strategy. Refreshingly, he uses English, not technical gibberish. And he tells meaningful stories from his extensive career. I agree with the previous reviewer who used the word "pragmatic." Enjoy.
