Review : Nothing but problems
I bought my first ASUS 2 weeks ago. Had problems with a unknown device, since day 1, contacted ASUS several times, and after reinstalling windows, reseting the laptop,etc, they asked me to bring the laptop to the store to get a replace. I got the second one one week ago, and today frozen, and when rebotting, got a silver/black display, and then a message for an auto repair. Called Asus and they asked me to press and hold the power button, and then release and press F9, after doing that, they asked me to bring the laptop to the store to get a replacement. AGAIN??? all my documents and emails lost ... and I will have to set up a new laptop all over again. I will never even buy another Asus. I will probably ask for my money back tomorrow, and buy something else.
